The heart of the system:
Applicable planters are shipped with a form and steel skeleton for conventional highway barrier. This is the security feature which adds mass as well as diverts a crashing vehicle up into air.
The economical advantage:
Ship the lightweight shell; not the concrete. Massive weight added on site by ready mix concrete delivery. Approximately 500 pounds per linear foot added by filling the internal pre-engineered form and rebar grid with concrete.
